Miles Classen

As Director of Operations, Miles works hand-in-hand with his brother, Mitchell, in all aspects of Classen Realty Group. He handles transaction management, Client relations, marketing, and strategic planning for both residential and commercial services. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Miles incorporates his passion for aviation into the business. When the opportunity arises, he never misses a chance to tour Clients through the skies, providing them an unforgettable experience. “Hands-on”, “methodical”, and “logical” are defining attributes that Miles’ brings to the firm. The foundation of his career was first formed in the construction and energy sectors. Through working in the world’s largest lead and zinc mine in far-Western Alaska, (Red Dog Mine), Miles was a member of a team responsible for expanding their mining infrastructure to strict industrial standards, all while enduring the harsh arctic climate. From this experience, he learned the value of teamwork, the importance of timing, and the outcome that results from applying strict standards to business. Miles was then sought out by a prominent chemical services provider in North Dakota. There he was responsible for the systematic scheduling and delivery of vital resources for horizontal drilling operations. It was through this endeavor that Miles sharpened his abilities to relate with Clients at all levels. The changing demands and many variables associated with the job, were all managed with his signature calming demeanor and logical approach. Miles’ integrity, work-ethic, and no-nonsense attitude embody the core values of Classen Realty Group.
